This community will take the form of 40 semi-detached low-rise dwellings and 69 townhomes, the latter of which will be grouped into ten buildings, each containing 5 to 8 units.

This limited collection of grand residences made by Icon Homes will feature prices beginning in the low $500,000’s.

Townhomes are planned to stand 3-storeys high (11.5 meters) and offer a floor area somewhere between 1,600 to 1,800 square feet. Semi-detached homes are set to stand lower at 2-storeys high (9.5 meters), but offer a larger total floor space of approximately 2,000 square feet.
